She has professional experience in reputed hospitals, where she has been involved in planning and organizing credit facilities, conducting utilization studies of hospital support services, developing a specialized software package for the hospital Insurance Department, and handling EMR project staff, including coordination, supervision, and people management for successful EMR implementation. Her areas of specialization include Human Resource Management and Healthcare Management, with a strong emphasis on people management in healthcare settings. She actively teaches core management subjects, contributing to the academic and professional development of students.

Mrs. V. Vidhya has published and presented research papers in national and international journals and conferences, and has actively participated in national workshops and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) organized by reputed institutions and universities.
