Sundarapandiyan Natarajan has rich academic credentials, after some excellent experiences in the field of IT Industry in the USA, he was appointed Principal of the Olympia College on his return to Kuantan, Malaysia. In 2010, when the Olympia College in Penang needed enhancement, Sundar was selected to be the Principal. He has attended Faculty Development and Staff Development programmes in Malaysia organised by the Education specialists from various well known foreign universities and encouraged the staff to attend Education Development Programmes to enhance themselves, as he did himself, and taught classes in line with the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Methodology practiced by the British partners in the United Kingdom. Currently, Sunder serves as an External Examination Board member of Brittany University, France.

Sundar is equipped with a MBA and M.Sc (Software Applications) with 22 years of Local and International Experience in Academic and the IT Industry. Sundar has also obtained credentials like modern teaching and learning certifications following Bloom’s Taxonomy, SAP FICO qualifications, Microsoft E2Commerce Certifications and Ph.D in Management with HRM. He has completed ATAL - AICTE FDP on Social Enterprise organized by IIM-N and a FDP on Leadership Excellence organized by IIPM-B. He has a deep passion for education and counselling and coaching students and budding upcoming young entrepreneurs are his other areas of strength. He has also contributed to being a lab member to the Malaysian Government Education Development Programmmes in 2011, Corridors and Cities lab, which has earned him and was duly appreciated with a Certificate of Commendation by the Prime Minister of Malaysia. He was also awarded ‘The Founder’s Award 2014’ from the renowned “Raffles Education Group” for the year 2013/14 for his positive adherence towards the Raffles Founder’s Vision in developing the College, Students and Staff members through Education. Sunder is indeed a positive figure to reckon with, be it in the industry or the academic environment.
