Dr. P. Vikkraman is a distinguished academician and management expert with an extensive educational background, holding a full-time Ph.D., MBA, M.Com, PGDCA, M.Ed, and M.Phil in Management. With over 30 years of experience across teaching, industry, and research, he has made significant contributions to the field of management education and practice.

He formerly served as the Director and Head of the School of Management at Anna University’s Regional Campus in Coimbatore. In this leadership role, Dr. Vikkraman played a key part in shaping academic programs and guiding faculty and students toward academic excellence.

Throughout his career, Dr. Vikkraman has actively participated in prestigious national and international conferences organized by leading institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). He has authored and published more than 150 research articles in reputed national and international journals, reflecting the depth and breadth of his scholarly work..

In addition to his research, Dr. Vikkraman serves as a recognized research supervisor under Anna University. He has contributed to academic governance as a subject matter expert and as a nominee member of various institutions' Boards of Studies. His editorial contributions include serving as a reviewer and Editorial Board Member for several international journals.

Dr. Vikkraman's research interests are diverse and include Organizational Behavior, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Financial Management, and Strategic Management.
